The restaurant “L’Orto dei Mori” proposes a way of cooking that is gluttonous and elegant, careful and respectful of raw materials, rigorously fresh and first quality. We present savoury and stimulant dishes, always according to the seasons. The chef, Lorenzo Cipolla, draws inspiration from the products of the lagoon and mixes them with the flavours of his native land, the south of Italy. His way of cooking makes use of the products of the territory, in his menus he mixes the influences of the two ways of cooking with balance and freshness, in a union of colours and flavours all to be discovered. On our premises you’ll be able to try the recipes of Venetian tradition reinterpreted in a modern key, through new techniques of cooking , with first quality ingredients. The restaurant has a warm atmosphere, with dark furniture and suspended lamps in a light-coloured fabric, and corners with brilliant colours, to make you feel at home.
